Top Ten Book Endings That Left Me With My Mouth Hanging Open

  1. Hannibal - Yikes
  2. Rage of Angels by Sidney Sheldon - Such rage I felt...seriously. Rage.
  3. Cujo - Well, that was just sad.
  4. The Partner - I saw it coming, saw it not coming, it shouldn't have came
  5. The Dark Tower - Ups and downs about this one
  6. And then there were none - I wasnt so much surprised (any would be a surprise), but clever clever
  7. Lost boys by Orson Scott Card - Been years and need to re-read, but remember the ending was powerful and has stuck with me since
  8. Death on the nile - It didn't stay with me because it was surprising, this ending just stayed with me. Something about the tragic last speechs and I could picture it so clearly
  9. Tanya Huffs Blood Debt...that combined with the fourth just had a depressing reality I couldn't easily shake off.
  10. Hard Case Crime Songs of Innocence by Richard Aleas - For some reason this bleak ending stayed with me also
