1. Barbara Michaels - If she still wrote under this pen name, that is. I pick up everything she does.
2. Kim Harrison - Always curious on what she will write next.
3. Janet Evanovich - She has some cute romances and I like her Stephanie Plum series. The books are always short also so I would give them each a chance.
4. Judy Blume - Whether her kid, YA, or adult stuff
5. Agatha Christie - I wouldn't avoid one of her books if I ran into it, I could be missing another "classic unforgettable"
6. Charlaine Harris - She has a talent with series
My list is clearly cut short. I don't have 10 auto-buys. With beloved authors, I typically only pick up the book if it sounds interesting and to my tastes.
