Cover Characteristics is a weekly Sunday hosted by Sugar & Snark.
Each week we will post a characteristic and choose 5 of our favorite covers with that characteristic. If you want to join in and share your 5 favorite covers with the weeks particular characteristic, then just make a post, grab the meme picture (or make your own) and leave your URL in Linky (so we can visit). You don’t even need to participate, just stopping by and saying hi would be great! Don’t forget to stop by the other participants!
This Week's Theme
SCHOOLS
I love reading novels set at boarding schools and such - although many of them don't actually have a school related background.

It's not surprising that most of these are children or YA. It's a given to think of Hogwarts, one of the coolest schools ever....sadly there is not a full shot on any cover that I've seen. I've read A Separate Peace, set in a boarding school during the war, a classic with it's pluses and bonuses. The Haunted School by RL Stine - he always had some of the best covers! The other two I haven't read but enjoyed the cover art.
