Frightfall Readathon 2016

This is my second year participating in this Read-a-thon.

As with other readathons, I will be posting sign-up and goal progress in this same post.'s been a while since I've done a read-a-thon on here, but Fall is the perfect time to dive back in. I won't be re-reading Salem's Lot yet, but the host is doing a read-a-long of that book this month if you want to join in. Creepy book and one of King's best. They're also doing a read of Edgar Allen Poe's 'Mask of the Red Death' at Castle Macabre for the Season of the Witch Challenge.

   My Goals

I have a lot to read in my October plans, and I know I won't get to all of it. Kind of overextended. The majority of it is horror/thriller since I'm so behind on that genre this year.

  Readathon Summary - 7

Overall I'm happy with my progress. 7 is a good number, even if I didn't get the reading done I planned to over the weekend thanks to other distractions (child, TV, computer, etc.)

It was fun doing a fall themed challenge to bring in the new season.
